Hello, I hope you are feeling festive this Christmas eve! This is the first blog I have written on my iPad so I hope it all turns out ok!
This post is going to be a review, which I don't do often but I feel so strongly about this product that I hope posting it will prove useful to at least one reader.
Ever since I can remember I have really worried about perspiration, and even though I have mentioned this to James he fails to believe me! I must hide it well, but I do go I great lengths to disguise it.
I used to use the Sure / Dove antiperspirant which you use the night before and wash off in the morning but found this didn't work. But after years of problems I have recently found an amazing solution, driclor. You have to use it for a while and persevere but once you do you really reap the benefits.
It is pretty potent so if you do get it you need to be careful, but I will post a guide to using to give you the basic idea.
When you first start using it you need to apply it every night for a couple of weeks, or every other night, but please do not apply it after shaving under your arms because you will regret it!
Gradually you can reduce applications and eventually you only have to apply it once a week which is really great as you can imagine, but it takes a while to trust it when you're so used to worrying about sweating.
I would normally advise to leave 3 days after shaving to apply or it will really sting. Sometimes it is ok after 2 but sometimes it's not worth the risk if you don't want to be kept awake by a slight stinging.
If you do make the mistake of putting it on and it hurts, washing it off straight away will reduce the stinging but only after around half an hour, itching makes it worse too. It is easier just to wait a few days first.
Now obviously the thought of not shaving there might really horrify you, but it is worth it in the end, my regrowth isn't too bad in that time anyway.
I have only just started getting really amazing results from it and has become more routine and it takes a while to get used to. But for the first time I can remember, this week I wore a long sleeved dress out without even having to worry about perspiring and was dry all evening. It was so amazing for me to be able to do that as I worry every day normally about it.
If any of my readers can relate to these issues, please try this, it really works and it is life changing, now I don't have to worry at all about what I am wearing or take any excessive precautions.
On another note, I would also reccomend bio oil, an expensive product, but has really cleared up my uneven skin tone. Now if I only I could find something to solve my dark circles around my eyes. I always look tired if I don't wear make up even if I have had a good nights sleep. If anyone can reccomend something for this I would be very grateful!

The caffeine eye roll on by garnier is really good, and bio oil as well are both really good for bags under the eyes. I get both of mine from Savers, and I think Superdrug actually do their own version of bio oil which is a lot cheaper! I've just started using Perspirex, haven't used driclor before but agree the Sure and Dove ones just don't cut it, I think this perspirex might be the same chemicals as driclor but I'm hoping it'll start being as good and will only need it every 5 days like it says. I just keep forgetting it at night and have to use it in the morning! (probably not a good idea...)
