Me and James also got some of the preparation sorted for our little get together on Saturday with a few friends in the area. We will be watching some Christmas films, drinking mulled wine and having crackers, all of which should be ace.
Yesterday I had to present a seminar about my current practice at university, which I didn't think I was too nervous about, but actually worried so much I could not sleep the night before. Luckily it went fine, and all the things I dreamt that could go wrong, didn't. But tomorrow, more nerve wracking times will commence, as I am getting the feedback from my dissertation draft. This is the first time it has been read through, so I wrote the bulk of the words (around 10,000) so that I could hopefully know whether I was on the right track for the whole thing rather than just sections. But I will see tomorrow if all my hard work paid off, and hopefully the answer to that will be yes!
